My Story

Chancierra Coleman was born in Saginaw, Michigan to Demetria Foster and Ronald Cain. As the eldest of her late mother’s six children and her father’s four children she has always embraced the role of a leader and caregiver. Currently, Chancierra serves as a Family and Community Engagement (F.A.C.E) Advocate and Lead Mentor in the Dekalb County School District, where she mentors high school students while also pursuing her bachelor's degree in psychology at Regent University with plans to be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Chancierra's journey is a testament to faith, strength, and resilience. She has overcome immense challenges, including the tragic loss of her mother in 2021, the sudden passing of her husband days after, and the devastating loss of her youngest sister just months later. Despite these hardships, she continues to stand strong and serve as an inspiration to others.

A devoted member of Shekinah Glory Tabernacle Praise and Worship Center in Stonecrest, GA, Chancierra serves in the youth ministry and on the praise and worship team under the leadership of Apostle Gregory and Pastor Glenda Sherman.

As a young, widowed mother, author, certified life coach, youth mentor, and passionate worshipper, Chancierra is driven to leave a legacy of love, encouragement, and empowerment. Through her singing, writing and mentoring, she uses her gifts, experiences and wisdom to uplift and inspire others, making a lasting impact on their lives.
